"The thing that gets me though Conckers is this Vodafone network in Guernsey - for a start i was based in London and Ive googled everything possible i can find about there being an actual Vodafone presence ( an office) in Guernsey and there isn't one - so does this mean that certain chips or all chips are being secretly monitored in some off shore office that doesnt exist?"
